Mobile Home Park Application
An application for a mobile home park may be made at the Planning and Zoning Commission in the same manner that an application for zone change is made. The application shall be in writing, signed by the applicant and shall include the following:

A. The name and address of the applicant.

B. The location and legal description of the mobile home park.

C. A complete plan of the park in conformity with the specified use regulations.

D. Preliminary plans and specifications of all buildings, improvements and facilities to be constructed within the mobile home park
